At Avonmore Electrical, we believe great leadership is built on continuous learning and meaningful connection. That belief was brought to life recently as members of our Extended Leadership Team proudly received their certificates for completing the Foundations in Coaching programme — a 12-month journey of professional and personal development delivered in partnership with the Lead With Coaching Institute.
This intensive course, expertly guided by James Martin and Rachel Dungan, and further supported by Carol Anne Smith, challenged our leaders to think differently, communicate more effectively, and lead with purpose. Through practical coaching techniques, reflective practices, and group sessions, the team explored how coaching can transform the way we work, collaborate, and grow — both as individuals and as an organisation.
This milestone isn’t just about certificates — it’s about progress. It reflects two of our core values in action:
