With our new Servo Motor Laboratory fully commissioned, Avonmore Electrical now cater for the immediate servo motor repair needs of industry. - Received with visible Electrical and Mechanical Damage, diagnosed to have been caused by water, this Allen Bradley Servo Motor required a complete electrical rewind and mechanical corrections by the Avonmore Electrical Workshop.
- Mechanical corrections included the fabrication of a new Keyway along with alterations to the lip seal seating;

- A complete Electrical Rewind was completed by our expert staff to replace the water-damaged windings.

CONCLUSION
THE TURNAROUND ON THIS ENERGY EFFICIENT REPAIR WAS 4 DAYS. TYPICAL REPLACEMENT OPTION WOULD BE 3 WEEKS.
